Chambered mahogany body and flame maple top, 24.75″ scale mahogany neck with compound-radius ebony fingerboard with shark-eye inlays, Stunning Seymour Duncan ’59 humbuckers with coil tap switching, Tune-O-Matic bridge, Sperzel pearl button tuners, and chrome hardware.
This is one serious guitar, and is a formidable sounding beast.
We love the sweet tone models and this is a fitting evolution.
To be honest its an out and out monster, if used in the crazy drop tunings this thing just crushes the opposition into submission.
It really is an absolute hoot.
Yet it can muster the kind or character seldom seen in this kind of modern shred guitars, can go from from jazzy fuzzy warmth to bone crushing power.
Very versatile with great coil taps and has a great voicing, this guitar has somthing for everyone.
2006 model form the original 1st run, unbelievably rare to find.
The new 10th anniversary model guitars are fetching almost 5K , why pay that when you can have the original.
The tops on these guitars is particularly nice, and you could get lost for days gazing into the figuring in this maple cap, and in our humble opinion wine drunk red – by far the best colour.
Simply will not disappoint.
The 59s are a sheer joy. The neck through body adds great slim feel and masses of sustain. The compound radius neck is fast and the ebony board is killer, this is all thriller no filler people.
